KYC and first cash-out: the order matters more than the minimum

PAN uploads, name mismatches, and UPI ID checks often delay withdrawals even when the card shows a low ₹ minimum — what to prepare before you play.

How we write guides

Articles explain our review habits — not operator guarantees. We never host APKs or hold deposits. See our Privacy Policy.

Readers focus on minimum withdraw numbers on our cards — ₹75, ₹100, ₹150 — but first cash-out failures usually trace to KYC order, not the threshold itself.

Typical gating sequence

  1. Play with deposited cash (sometimes bonus-only tables first)
  2. Prompt for PAN / Aadhaar before withdraw button unlocks
  3. Name must match across KYC, bank, and UPI VPA
  4. First withdrawal may sit in “processing” while manual review runs

Plan an extra day for step 4 even when marketing copy says “instant UPI”.

Mismatch cases that bounce payouts

  • UPI ID registered to a family member
  • Nickname on PAN vs bank passbook spelling drift
  • Fresh SIM / new UPI handle not yet linked to verified bank

Yono Play Picks cannot fix these — they are operator-side checks.

Minimum ≠ deposit

A ₹100 withdraw mention on a listing may sit next to a ₹200 minimum deposit funnel. Screenshot both screens; they are not interchangeable.

What we recommend

Complete KYC before scaling session length. Treat the first withdraw as a test transaction at the minimum allowed amount.
